ICEMCE 2020

Due to the worldwide outbreak of pandemic Covid-19, 2020 4^th International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering (ICEMCE 2020) has been changed to a virtual conference by using Zoom instead of being held physically as planned in Xi'an, China. The participants are very supportive, who have joined the conference and present their papers online. On behalf of the organizing committee, we'd like to thank all the speakers and authors.
